cPanel Images Interface

The Images interface in your cPanel control panel lets you to modify and manage images that you saved to your account.

Accessing the Images interface

Login to your cPanel control panel using your web browser. Go to 'http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel/' (without the quotation marks). So if your domain name is 'example.com' you should go to 'http://www.example.com/cpanel/' to login to your control panel. The Images interface is in the "Files" tab, simply click on the name or the icon to enter.

Using the Thumbnailer tool

This tool lets you create thumbnails of images in a folder and store them in a thumbnails subdirectory.
  • Find and click "Thumbnailer" link in the Images interface.
  • Select the folder that contains the images to thumbnail. Click on the folder icon to navigate and folder name to select.
  • At the next page, select the scale percentages and click "Thumbnail Images" button.

Please note that you must select an entire folder to convert to thumbnails. Individual images can't be thumbnailed by this tool.


Using the Scaler tool

This tool lets you resize individual images in your folders.
  • Find and click "Scaler" link in the Images interface.
  • Go to the the folder that contains the image to scale. Click on the folder icon to navigate.
  • Click the image file you want to scale.
  • At the next page, enter the new dimensions and click "Scale Image" button.

Using the Converter tool

This tool lets you convert one image type to another. You can convert all the files in a folder or individual files using this tool and you can convert between .PNG, .JPG, .GIF and .BMP file types.
  • Find and click "Converter" link in the Images interface.
  • Go to the the folder that contains the image to convert or select a folder to convert all images in it. Click on the folder icon to navigate and folder name to select.
  • If converting a single image, click the image file you want to convert.
  • At the next page, select the file format you wish to convert to and click "Convert" button.

  4. Choose the help desk you'd like to send your support ticket to from the "Help Desk" dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the support ticket subject and your message in the appropriate text boxes.
  6. Click "Submit" button. Our support staff will reply to your ticket as soon as possible
