WHM SSL Storage Manager Interface

The SSL Storage Manager interface in your WHM control panel lets you view and remove keys and SSL/TLS certificates installed on your server.

Please note that this interface shows the SSL keys, certificates, and CSRs that you control. The Certificate and CSR information is grouped with their associated private key, if any.


Accessing the SSL Storage Manager interface

Login to your WHM control panel using your web browser. Go to 'http://www.yourdomain.com/whm/' (without the quotation marks). So if your domain name is 'example.com' you should go to 'http://www.example.com/whm/' to login to your control panel. The SSL Storage Manager interface is in the "SSL/TLS" tab, simply click on the name to enter.

Viewing Apache's installed SSL resources

This section of the interface lets you view SSL resources installed in the Apache configuration.
  • "Website" column shows the website attached to the key and certificate. Click the magnifying glass icon to view the key. In the new page, you can copy and paste the key information to store in a safe place.
  • "Owner" column shows the account that created the key and the certificate.

Viewing user account SSL resources

This section of the interface lets you view available SSL resources which are available keys, certificates and certificate signing requests.
  • "Key" column shows the account's available keys.
  • "Certificates" column shows the account's available certificates.
  • "Certificates Signing Requests" column shows the account's available certificate signing requests.
  • Click the magnifying glass icon to view an item. In the new page, you can copy and paste the information to store in a safe place.
  • To delete an item, click the red "x" icon and in the new page confirm by clicking "OK".

  2. Click "Support" link in the menu to access the "Support Tickets" interface. If you're accessing the client portal from a mobile device, the menu may be accessible by clicking the "MENU" icon depending on your screen resolution.
  3. Click "Submit New Ticket" button.
  4. Choose the help desk you'd like to send your support ticket to from the "Help Desk" dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the support ticket subject and your message in the appropriate text boxes.
  6. Click "Submit" button. Our support staff will reply to your ticket as soon as possible
