WHM Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts Interface

The Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts interface in your WHM control panel lets you change the locale for, upgrade or downgrade multiple accounts in your server.

Please note that this interface uses the hosting packages configured through the "Add a Package" feature of WHM. Please configure your hosting packages before creating/upgrading/downgrading accounts.


Accessing the Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts interface

Login to your WHM control panel using your web browser. Go to 'http://www.yourdomain.com/whm/' (without the quotation marks). So if your domain name is 'example.com' you should go to 'http://www.example.com/whm/' to login to your control panel. The Modify/Upgrade Multiple Accounts interface is in the "Multi Account Functions" tab, simply click on the name to enter.

Modifying multiple accounts

  • Select the accounts you'd like to modify from the table. You can also use the menu on the right to search by domain, user, owner, package and theme.
  • If you'd like to change the locale for the accounts, select the new locale from "Locale" dropdown menu.
  • If you'd like to change the hosting package for the accounts, select the new package from "Package" dropdown menu.
  • Click "Change" button.

  1. Sign in to your client portal from the following URL: https://clientportal.virgohosting.com
  2. Click "Support" link in the menu to access the "Support Tickets" interface. If you're accessing the client portal from a mobile device, the menu may be accessible by clicking the "MENU" icon depending on your screen resolution.
  3. Click "Submit New Ticket" button.
  4. Choose the help desk you'd like to send your support ticket to from the "Help Desk" dropdown menu.
  5. Enter the support ticket subject and your message in the appropriate text boxes.
  6. Click "Submit" button. Our support staff will reply to your ticket as soon as possible
